Interesting. I think this comments on an age-old human tendency where we are willing to take very likely small loss for the hope of a very uncertain big win. Gamblers do it, people buying lottery tickets do it, and even it happens even in the stock market. Many people are more than willing to spend two bucks every day (making a small loss) on lottery tickets than to invest the monthly 64 bucks (2 X 31) in a more certain investment structure that offers a more certain return (check my maths: 768 bucks annually, excluding the astonishing effect of compounding interest on the 764 if invested over the long run). Cannot comment on the ethics of it though.

The only thing they don't have yet is a publicly released API, but I guess that's because it's sort of in Beta still.

My new year's resolutions are (drumroll, please!) : none. Yip, none. And so far I've kept all of them!!! Yay!
I do admire people who have resolutions and stick to them though. But I've figured out that they don't work for me. Or I don't work for them. Either way, we don't gel. And so I've decided to go the "One Word" route. Good luck with your resolutions though – they're great.
